Job Purpose

1. Business development and execution for Auto OEM & CV & Industrial Segment
2. Relationship management with OEMs and large Key Accounts to ensure business continuity and growth.
3. Collaborative approach in commercial and service activities and work with supply chain, R&D, QC, logistics & Technical service manager.
4. Drive OEM sales and business development in Auto segment, CV, Industries etc
5. Collection

Key Accountabilities

6. Sales to Auto OEM applicators & CV/ industrial customers as per AkzoNobel norms.
7. Work closely with cross functional team to ensure adequate support.
8. Deliver AOP revenue in the specified area.
9. New projects follow up and approvals based on OEM Colour audits.
10. Drive CRM process.
11. Coordinate with parent OEM country team for getting timely support in India.
12. Represent Akzo in OEM discussions/ Applicator level.
13. Connect with Tier 1 / Tier 2
14. lesioning with R&D on new development
15. Work with TS team for service and delighted customers.
16. Proper Demand Planning

Key Activities

17. Drive Auto OEM / CV & Industries sales through Applicators
18. Drive budget delivery within approved business agreed margins.
19. Ensure customer line and process audits and adherence of OEM MS specifications I applicator lines.
20. Any other decisions as delegated by Line Manager verbally or in writing
21. Credit limits and Payment Efficiency of customers
22. Demand and Forecast management – internal and external.
23. Team Management

Experience

24. Minimum 08 Years experience in B2B industry .
25. Experience in Team management in sales KPIs will be added advantage.
26. CRM Exposure

Education

27. Degree or Diploma in Paint Technology OR Degree in Chemical Engineering OR MSC Chemistry.
28. MBA is added advantage.
