We are looking for a product manager who can partner with our B2B partners to bring Agoda's white‑label technology to their platforms and help deliver a better experience for our shared customers. Overview The focus of this role is on our white‑label offering, partnering with B2B partners to ensure they have the data and services to leverage Agoda’s technological products on their platform. Senior Product Managers at Agoda define the overall strategy and goals for Agoda’s products, including the website, mobile applications, email marketing, and advanced internal tools such as algorithmic PPC bidding systems and pricing software. They drive relentless innovation, create and maintain a product roadmap, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure products perform at the highest level. Responsibilities Work on white‑label products from ideation to launch. Collaborate closely with white‑label partners to leverage Agoda’s technology on their platform. Monitor and analyze market conditions, conduct competitor and technology landscape analysis, and prioritize market‑segment opportunities. Set the strategic direction to align short‑term and long‑term strategy with customer needs and business goals. Convert strategic goals into operational tasks. Manage an agile team for launch to create and maintain a consistent, branded look and feel across all products. Define KPIs for all projects and evaluate project success. Define navigation flow and user experience on the site, apps, etc. Evaluate risks and trade‑offs associated with each course of action. Work closely with users to ensure all projects meet business needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics). 3+ years of product‑management experience. Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Japanese. Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision making. Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Experience with B2B2C, B2B, or B2C products. Experience and passion for web design, functionality, and testing. Enthusiasm to develop engineered processes and technologies and to apply innovative solutions to improve the organization. Ability to motivate and inspire development teams to achieve beyond what they imagined possible. Ability to work well with and influence stakeholders at all levels. Entrepreneurial and analytical; effective at managing change in a fast‑moving, constantly evolving business. Experience with the latest internet trends and technologies. MBA or advanced Math, Computer Science, or Statistics degree preferred. Additional competencies Relentless curiosity and an urge to innovate, measure, and improve.
