Your Role
As part of our Managed Services and Factory Service team, you will:
Support a range of managed services across client environments
Advise clients in production settings on IT infrastructure and system integration
Configure and maintain control systems for production applications (Windows & networks)
Work closely with clients and vendors to manage software deployment and system configurations for machine control systems
Coordinate specialized software with providers and resolve any malfunctions or issues that arise
What You Bring
Solid IT expertise from vocational training or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar fields
Hands-on experience with M365, cloud infrastructure, server-client systems, and user/permissions management
Strong understanding of network architecture and backup/maintenance strategies
A structured, solution-driven approach and excellent communication skills
A valid driver’s license (minimum class B/3)
