Your Role:
* Take charge of implementation projects for cloud-based workforce/time management software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, UKG PRO WFM).
* Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and coordinate end-to-end project delivery.
* Oversee planning across budget, resources, and timelines, ensuring targets are met.
* Manage change requests during ongoing projects and work closely with your team to propose and implement alternative solutions.
* Collaborate with technical consultants who will support you with system-specific expertise for client communications.
Your Profile:
* Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar.
* Proven experience managing IT projects and a strong grasp of project management tools and methodologies.
* Interest in IT systems and motivation to grow in IT consulting.
* Familiar with time management tools like UKG PRO WFM, SAP HCM PT, SAP SuccessFactors Time, or similar.
* A proactive team player with strong organisational and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel within Germany to client and company locations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Fluent in both German and English.
