Job description
9. Integration and analysis of time, cost, resource and quality data for project management
10. Creation of program and project planning including detailed structural plans
11. Active risk and opportunity management to safeguard project success
12. Continuous performance monitoring, milestone tracking, and regular reporting.
13. Conducting and supporting phase reviews as well as implementation management for process changes
14. Interface management between different departments and stakeholders
Your profile
15. Completed studies in the field of aircraft construction, engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering or business administration (at least Bachelor's degree)
16. At least 1 year of professional experience in manufacturing/production and project management
17. Fluent German and English skills
18. Proficient use of IT tools (Google Workspace), knowledge of Planisware is an advantage.
19. Knowledge of change, process and risk management
20. Resilience, organizational skills, and a structured work style.
21. Willingness to travel (approx. once a month within Northern Germany)
