Join to apply for the Business Development Manager role at JUNA Technologies 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Your mission As Business Development Manager, you'll help to build our sales function from the ground up by engaging prospects, developing a strong and repeatable pipeline, and shaping how we connect with customers—working alongside a new team you’ll help define rather than stepping into an existing position. What That Looks Like In the first 6 months Actively reach out to potential customers, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and help ensure the sales pipeline stays full and up to date. Get familiar with our product, target customers, and sales tools, and follow established sales processes while helping test and improve outreach and messaging. Gather feedback from prospects, document common questions and objections, and share insights with the team to help refine our understanding of customer needs. In the first year Progressively manage deals independently, from first contact to handover, while maintaining strong organization and follow-up. Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams, supporting smooth communication and long-term customer success. Contribute ideas and improvements to sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting, helping the team build a sustainable and repeatable sales setup. Your profile Please be aware this role requires a German speaking level where one can explain our business model with ease.
