We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within our Gypsum Recycling Competence Center.
About the Role
* As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating different value chains and supporting the development of business cases in preparation for investment decisions.
* You will also conduct market analyses and data-driven evaluations to identify recycling opportunities and ensure compliance with global standards and country-specific environmental legislation.
* Ensuring the safety of yourself and others by adhering to company health and safety procedures is a key responsibility of this position.
What We're Looking For
* You possess a degree in engineering, sustainability, environmental science, business administration, or a related field, which has given you a solid technical and environmental background.
* Fluency in English is required and proficiency in an additional European language is considered a bonus.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for effective project management, building strong stakeholder relationships, and successfully completing initiatives.
* A deep understanding of recycling processes and environmental legislation enables you to balance strategic planning with compliance requirements.
* Your profile is complete with your solid experience in project management or the building materials industry, and if available, your SAP knowledge.
