Lenovo’s Commercial Organization is seeking a highly skilled OEM EMEA Account Project Manager to support and drive complex, cross‑functional initiatives in our OEM business segment. In this role, you will serve as the central operational partner for OEM customers whose solutions integrate Lenovo products and services, ensuring that every stage of development, customization, and delivery is executed to the highest standard. You will oversee the full lifecycle of customer enablement—from initial onboarding and requirement scoping to product transitions, issue resolution, and long‑term operational excellence. Operating in a fast‑paced, international environment, this position requires close collaboration with global engineering, product, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial teams, as well as direct interaction with customer project stakeholders across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, structured project management expertise, and the ability to navigate a dynamic ecosystem with confidence and precision.Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the full account project plan for product and service enablement for OEM customers.
2. Coordinate with Offering Development Teams to ensure complete end‑to‑end planning for customer‑specific product, service, or fulfillment requirements.
3. Manage cross‑functional work items and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project deadlines.
4. Drive weekly cadence meetings with OEM stakeholders, identifying risks, bottlenecks, support needs, and escalation points.
5. Oversee regular interlock with the customer’s project team to align timelines, status updates, forecasts, and demand planning.
6. Lead all internal onboarding and enablement activities required to integrate the customer’s solution into Lenovo’s processes.
7. Collaborate with sales teams and OEM customers on quarterly business reviews and operational alignment.
8. Influence and coordinate with global teams—including sales, engineering, product, operations, manufacturing, and services—to ensure delivery to defined plans.
Position Requirements
9. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business management, or a related field.
10. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management.
11. Demonstrated experience managing cross‑functional initiatives across multiple organizations.
12. Strong understanding of process management, product development, supply chain, or manufacturing domains.
13. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive complex project execution.
14. Excellent customer‑facing communication and presentation skills.
15. Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
16. PMP certification or MBA preferred.
