Responsibilities:
1. Build, manage and further develop regional customer relationships
2. Support ongoing projects through direct customer interaction
3. Expand the regional account business
4. Further develop and maintain the regional customer network
5. Monitor market and competitive developments
6. Conduct operational negotiations
7. Identify potential for new products and technologies in the field of Vibration Control, including the required specifications
8. Contribute to the strategic development of assigned accounts
9. Account-related portfolio management
10. Participate in trade fairs and industry events
Qualifications:
11. Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
12. Professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally in an OEM and Tier 1 environment
13. Knowledge of international contract law as well as experience in international pricing
14. Strong intercultural competence
15. Ability to motivate colleagues and team members
16. Excellent communication skills when interacting with diverse stakeholders
17. Very good command of German and English
18. Strong skills in project management, facilitation, and presentation
19. Excellent rhetorical and negotiation skills
