YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. You support the planning and implementation of People & Culture projects, such as engagement initiatives, learning programmes and HR process improvements, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
2. You coordinate project activities, timelines and deliverables across HR and business teams, while monitoring progress, risks and dependencies and ensuring transparency for all stakeholders.
3. You prepare project documentation, reports and presentations, providing clear insights into project status and outcomes.
4. You collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication, alignment and smooth implementation of initiatives such as onboarding, performance management and employee engagement programmes.
5. You contribute to change communication and adoption activities, supporting the successful rollout of new initiatives and ensuring sustainable impact.
6. You maintain project tools and systems, such as trackers and dashboards, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and project workflows.
WHAT YOU BRING
7. You hold a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (with a focus on HR), Organizational Psychology, Communication or a comparable field.
8. You have several years of experience in project management, ideally within People & Culture, HR or organizational development, and bring a solid understanding of core HR processes such as talent management, learning and development, engagement and culture.
9. You are familiar with project management principles (e.g. Agile or Waterfall) and have experience working with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Asana or comparable applications.
10. You demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and a structured, reliable way of working.
11. You communicate clearly and effectively and feel confident coordinating stakeholders across different functions and levels.
12. You complement your profile with a proactive mindset, strong collaboration skills and a good understanding of change and transformation topics, and you are fluent in English.
