Product Manager (all genders)
full-time position in our Division Digital Factory in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
1. Contribute to the product vision and strategy for our European transactions, invoicing, and pricing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
2. Design and manage the Tribe’s product roadmap, owning the full product lifecycle from ideation to release and iteration
3. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Customer Excellence, Sales) to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient product solutions
4. Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and ensure products meet user and customer needs
5. Monitor results through data analysis and user feedback, communicate milestones across the organization, and foster collaboration within the cross-European product organization
Your profile:
6. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology with proven product management experience in innovative, tech-driven environments
7. Strong proficiency in agile product management, product strategy, prioritization, go-to-market practices, and tools such as Atlassian Suite, Figma, Jira, and Confluence
8. Demonstrated ability to manage products across the lifecycle with strategic thinking, product discovery, design, and replatforming experience
9. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a positive, hands-on mindset and readiness for transformation
10. Data-driven mindset, agile way of working, readiness for Transformation
11. Fluent in English and German (other European languages are an advantage)
