Solar Project Manager (PM) – Berlin, Germany
A new opportunity within a full solutions provider who is accelerating Europe’s clean energy transition by delivering high-performance solar solutions across residential, multifamily, and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sectors.
They combine technical excellence with smart digital tools and hands-on project delivery to maximise long-term asset performance.,We are now looking for a Solar Project Manager to lead and optimise the execution and ongoing performance of multifamily and C&I solar PV projects across Germany.
Your Role Manage end-to-end delivery of solar PV projects (multifamily & C&I) Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk management Ensure compliance with German regulations, grid requirements, and safety standards Support procurement, permitting, and some grid related topics Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners Drive continuous improvement across project execution
What We’re Looking For Experience in solar PV project management, ideally across C&I and/or multifamily assets Background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, or similar Strong understanding of solar operations, monitoring systems, and performance optimisation Knowledge of German regulatory, grid, and permitting frameworks Commercial awareness with experience in contract and cost management Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Fluent in German and English Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
For this role we are offering:
Salary up to €90,000 Bonus structure Hybrid working Central Berlin Office Location
