Organise and administer the recruiting process including contract documents and works council consultations. Profile Graduated from a university with an HR / business focus or completed an apprenticeship as a personnel specialist. Solid knowledge of the MS Office suite and HR‑standard software (IT affinity). Excellent German and good English skills in written and spoken form. Good communication and organisational skills.
