Leiter Elektrotechnik (m/w/d)/Elektroniker (m/w/d)
Responsibilities
Deine Aufgaben:
* Du entwickelst und leitest den gesamten Elektrotechnik-Bereich bring deine Ideen ein.
* Du erarbeitest effiziente Instandhaltungspläne damit bei uns alles läuft wie geschmiert.
* Du arbeitest an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Instandhaltungsprozesse im Bereich Elektrotechnik
* Du bist unsere Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Austausch.
* Du unterstützt bei Engineering-Projekten um unsere Produktionsanlagen noch besser zu machen.
Qualifications
Dein Profil:
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker o.Ä. idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d)
* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik
* Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
* Erfahrungen im Umgang mit elektronischen Steuerungssystemen und erste Erfahrungen mit ABB
* Strukturierte zielorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
* Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Empathie
* Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft ca. alle 3 Wochen (Einsatzpauschale Freizeitausgleich)
