Senior product manager

Job Description The Role We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Trust & Safety team , focused on content moderation and marketplace integrity. You will own the product vision and execution for systems that detect, review, and act on policy-violating content across our platforms. You will work at the intersection of operations, data science, and engineering to build scalable, ML-powered solutions that keep our marketplaces safe and trustworthy for millions of users. What You'll Do Define and drive the product roadmap for content moderation and trust & safety tooling Work closely with Data Scientists to identify use cases for ML models, help create training datasets, and evaluate model performance Partner with operational teams — including customer care, content moderation operations, and external BPO vendors — to understand workflows and build tools that make them more effective Translate complex trust & safety problems into clear product requirements and scalable solutions Define success metrics and track the impact of moderation systems on platform health Stay ahead of emerging abuse patterns and evolving content moderation best practices
