Your Role
* Strategic new customer acquisition: You identify and acquire new B2B customers in the United Kingdom and European Market. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to successful contract conclusion.
* Network & pipeline management: You build a strong pipeline using modern sales methods and continuously develop it further.
* Successfully manage complex deals: You will manage demanding sales processes with various stakeholders and realize cross-selling and upselling potential.
* Account development: You will strategically develop acquired customers and lay the foundation for long-term, scalable cooperation. In the next growth phase, our engagement managers will continue to develop and sustainably expand the partnerships in a structured manner.
* B2B communication at the highest level: You inspire decision-makers at all levels – by telephone, virtually or in person on site.
* Consulting on equal terms: You understand your customers' business challenges and translate them into tailor-made solutions from our crowdtesting portfolio.
You Bring
* You have already gained experience in sales and have acquired well-known customers, ideally in the UK market.
* Your sales focus was mainly on IT or consulting services and/or software solutions in the B2B environment that require explanation.
* Deep understanding of the European and UK market, including its culture, business practices, and ethics.
* You have a strong customer and service orientation.
* With your friendly manner and communication skills, you demonstrate the added value of our testing services to your customers.
* You are not afraid to communicate at management level (C-level).
* You speak English at native speaker level.
