Production Operator – GMP Manufacturing (m/f/d)

About the Opportunity
On behalf of our client, an expanding company in regulated pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing, we are currently looking for a Production Operator (m/f/d) to support GMP-compliant manufacturing at a newly established production site.
This role offers the chance to be involved from the early stages of site operations, contributing not only to day-to-day production but also to the continuous development and optimization of processes and facilities.
Tasks
* Support daily manufacturing activities by ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are ready for production
* Operate and monitor production systems in compliance with GMP and internal procedures
* Carry out and document production steps with a high level of accuracy and attention to regulatory requirements
* Take samples for in-process testing and ensure all documentation is complete and correct
* Perform cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment to ensure reliable operation
* Identify and suggest improvements to production processes, workflows, and technical setups
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards
Your Profile
* Completed vocational training in a technical or scientific field, such as chemical laboratory assistant, chemical technician, or a comparable qualification
* Experience in a GMP-regulated production environment, 2+ years
* Familiarity with cleanroom operations is desirable
* A careful, reliable, and structured way of working, with the ability to work independently
* Strong documentation skills and a clear understanding of regulated processes
* Team-oriented mindset combined with flexibility and good communication skills
* Good command of German and English for working in an international setting
