Role Overview: To launch learning products/courses, streamline the project management of the learning products and create a pool of external experts who can help in content creation, we are looking for a product associate.
Following will be the core responsibilities of the product associate:
Support initiatives that are consistent with our educational goals and own learning products development and launch
Build and maintain a pool of external content creators/subject matter experts (SMEs)
Proactively identify risks and escalate as needed to keep projects on track
Maintain organized products‘ documentation and support the development and maintenance of best practices
Reports to : Head of Learning Products
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Education, Business, Product/Project Management, or a related field
~ Tech knowledge/background - the learning products/courses are technical in nature
~1–3 years of project coordination experience, ideally in EdTech or a content-driven environment is a plus
~ Familiarity with product/project management tools and collaboration tools
~ Communication (German and English) and interpersonal skills
~ Familiarity with digital learning content and an interest in the EdTech space is desirable
