Your Role:
As a Senior Sales Manager for the DIY Channel, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with major DIY retailers in Germany. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and ensure the successful positioning of our products in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the DIY channel in Germany
• Manage and grow relationships with key DIY retailers (e.g., OBI, Hornbach, Bauhaus, etc.)
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure effective sell-through
• Deliver on revenue and margin targets
• Report regularly on channel performance and key KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of sales experience in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry, with a strong focus on the DIY channel
• Proven track record of managing key retail accounts and delivering sales growth
• Deep understanding of the German retail landscape, especially in DIY
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Self-driven, strategic thinker, and results-oriented
• Fluent in German and English
• Based in Germany, with willingness to travel as needed
