We are looking for Account Manager Export EU (f/m/d)(full-time) Your Responsibilities: Proactively manage and support aportfolio of international customers, with a special focus onreactivating relationships with dormant customers across the EU.Confidently contact customers via phone and e-mail to establish andmaintain strong relationships, with a willingness to occasionallytravel within the EU for in-person meetings and visits. Handleavailability inquiries with suppliers and service providers,prepare quotations, place orders, and ensure seamless processing ofgoods from receipt to dispatch. Issue accurate transport documentsfor shipping and customs clearance, while developing a workingknowledge of customs clearance tasks to provide backup supportduring team absences. Represent the company at trade fairs andcustomer visits Your Qualification: A background in BusinessAdministration, International Trade, Logistics, or similar fields,or equivalent work experience. Strong customer-focused approach,with proven experience in customer service, account management, orsales. Ability to build and maintain relationships over the phoneand in person. Excellent verbal and written communication skills inEnglish. German and additional language skills are a plus.Willingness to travel occasionally within the EU for customervisits and trade fairs. Interest in learning customs clearanceprocedures to provide backup support during team absences.Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience with ERP or CRMsystems. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work bothindependently and as part of a team.
