YOUR TASKS
1. You conceptualize and design the PAYBACK marketing platform
2. You are responsible for the end-to-end development of digital products, from vision, through implementation, launch, and optimization in ongoing operations
3. You advise and support the departments in Germany and the international PAYBACK markets with their ideas and requirements
4. You are in close coordination with stakeholders from the departments, developers, and your team members from the “Product” area
5. You are close to the market and always know about the latest developments and can derive strategies
YOUR PROFILE
6. You have experience in digital product management – ideally for backend functionalities
7. You are experienced in project management – you always keep an eye on priorities, milestones, and deadlines
8. You think and conceptualize new products agilely – from the first step as a Minimal Viable Product to the long-term Point of Arrival
9. Complex tasks and solving problems make your eyes light up
10. You enjoy understanding, questioning, and optimizing existing technical processes
11. You communicate confidently, convincingly, and recipient-oriented at all organizational levels
12. Your team spirit, creativity, and open-mindedness enrich our team
13. Your English skills are very good
