As a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Mobile Engagement for the PAYBACK App, you develop value-creating product solutions and take full responsibility for your products across the entire product lifecycle.
YOUR TASKS
1. You lead your development team from a product perspective, drive product visions & goals forward, support and coach other Product Owners, and strengthen a strong product mindset within the team
2. You understand the needs of users, partners, and the business and translate them into holistic product solutions
3. You define and prioritize user stories, accompany the implementation together with your development team, and align technical requirements with business goals
4. You work closely with UX designers and various stakeholders to develop innovative new features and continuously improve existing products
5. You use product KPIs and data-driven insights to continuously, measurably, and purposefully further develop products
6. You are part of a diverse international team of product, UX, and tech professionals from more than 10 countries
YOUR PROFILE
7. You have several years of professional experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for digital B2C products, with a strong focus on frontend development and user-centered design, as well as a solid understanding of backend systems and data products
8. You have experience in product management of native apps (iOS and Android) using agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
9. You combine a strong technical understanding with a data- and KPI-driven mindset and can translate complex requirements into clear user stories and product solutions
10. You communicate confidently with development teams, business stakeholders, and senior management, and combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic hands-on approach
11. You have experience in stakeholder management and know how to balance different perspectives and drive sustainable decisions as well as compelling user experiences
12. You are curious about AI and ideally already use AI tools in your daily work
13. You enjoy working in international teams, and your very good German and English skills (both written and spoken) complete your profile
