Drive the creation of technical concepts and requirements for the simulatorManage and prioritize the software engineering tasks and backlogEnsure the information flow between the software team and other stakeholders, working in an international team of experts from OHB and project partnersControl technical progress, schedule, cost and quality in close collaboration with the project managerIdentify, control and reduce software product risksLead the control and evaluation of changes that impact the scope, budget, or timeline of the projectPrepare and conduct technical reviews and support project milestone reviewsYour QualificationsDegree in computer science, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualificationExperience with distributed simulation frameworks (HLA), and with system-of-systems simulation is a plusIdeally several years of professional experience in defence-related simulator developmentsExperience with applicable NATO standards and processes, and/or knowledge of related process standards from adjacent fields (such as ECSS-E-ST-40C and ECSS-Q-ST-80C or DO-178B)Strong competence in self-organizing and work planningHigh motivation, pro-active working approach, and strong sense of responsibilityStrong competence in working in a multicultural teamExcellent communication, presentation, and documentation skillsAbility and willingness to achieve a German security clearanceFluency in both spoken and written English
