Responsibilities
The main responsibilities for this role are:
1. CPQ Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the PROS CPQ solution across multiple European countries.
2. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the CPQ solution.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with commercial teams, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization and adoption of the CPQ system.
5. Data Management: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the CPQ system.
6. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze CPQ and user performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
7. Project Management: Lead CPQ-related projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
Profile
8. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
9. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CPQ management, preferably with PROS, in a multinational environment.
10. Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM best practices.
11. Technical Skills: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions; experience with system configuration and data governance.
12. Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
