Creating passion: your responsibilities
* Represent the Mixed Sales Companies in relevant committees, ensuring their needs and priorities are effectively communicated and considered.
* Identify improvement opportunities in IT processes and develop strategic solutions in collaboration with local process owners.
* Coordinate and align IT process implementation across divisions to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
* Support local implementation efforts, providing guidance and hands-on assistance to ensure successful adoption of IT processes.
* Collaborate with divisional stakeholders to ensure IT processes support both organizational objectives and specific business needs.
* Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of IT processes, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Monitor and evaluate process performance, ensuring compliance with standards and driving ongoing optimization.
* Lead and manage process and IT-related projects, including planning, stakeholder coordination, resource management, and delivery tracking.
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
* Proven experience in IT process management, with a track record of successfully implementing and optimizing cross-functional processes.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop actionable strategies.
* Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
* Excellent communication skills, confident manner and assertiveness.
* Willingness to travel: willingness to undertake international business travel as part of project work.
* Languages: Business fluent in English is required; knowledge of German and French is an advantage.
