We are seeking a highly motivated Customer and Supplier Quality Manager to join our Quality and Reliability team at our Munich office. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related quality matters, ensuring that expectations are clearly understood, consistently met, and effectively communicated across internal teams. The Customer and Supplier Quality Manager will be responsible for consolidating and supporting all quality deliverables throughout the customer lifecycle. They will lead internal quality initiatives in line with automotive industry regulations, and standards such as AEC-Q100/Q200, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, while also ensuring the effective integration of OEM-specific requirements throughout the supply chain. A key focus of this role will be the development and implementation of a robust supplier quality management strategy to support customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. The role also includes the management of internal and external returns, drive escalation and lesson learnt with a structured approach. This role requires the ability to coordinate and drive multifunctional team within the organization such as Design, Development, Quality and Operations as well as direct interaction with customers and supplier manufacturing partners. KEY DUTIES Customer Quality Act as primary contact for quality topics with customers (OEMs, Tier1s) Manage, coordinate and deploy customers’ requirements along the supply chain Support RFQ / RFI for all Quality aspects Lead Customer quality ratings / Potential Analysis, assessment and audits Manage customer complaints, 8D reports, corrective actions and Lesson Learnt mastering problem solving methodology (FTA, 5Why, Ishikawa) Track Customer Voice and implement action plan to achieve Customer satisfaction Ensure in time Customer deliverable (PPAP, APQP, control plans and FMEA) and aligned with IATF standard Ensure compliancy with Zero Defect Strategy and continuous improvement methodology Manage internal process / system and ESD audits based on VDA and IATF standard. Supplier Quality Manage supplier selection, qualification, and approval process Translate customer requirements into supplier actionable tasks Lead supplier audits (VDA 6.3, ISO/IATF standards) and drive continuous improvement Monitor supplier performance through KPIs (PPM, delivery quality, responsiveness) Handle supplier non-conformances and drive structured problem solving (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa) Support ramp-up and Safe Launch activities ensuring robustness and risk mitigation during Customer sourcing projects. Cross-functional Collaborate with all relevant functions for new products introduction (design for quality, FMEA, robustness validation) Report quality KPIs to top management and management reviews Drive compliance with IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements across Dukosi organization Manage internal process / system and ESD audits based on VDA and IATF standard Drive and consolidate Lesson Learnt Support Training definition and deployment within the organization to promote a Risk-free / Zero Defect mindset and an automotive culture across Dukosi Limited. EXPERIENCE Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Electronics or Electrical engineering (or similar applicable field) 7 years of experience in automotive electronics / semiconductor industry / in Quality Management, preferably experience in supplier quality or customer quality (OEM /Tier1 interface) Auditor certification (IATF/VDA 6.3) preferred Deep knowledge of automotive processes / methodologies / requirements for whole product lifecycle Mastering fault isolation and failure analysis techniques Proficient with automotive standards: AEC-Q100/Q200 / Q005, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, VDA MLA/Robustness Validation, JESD22 and core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC etc) Leadership and intercultural communications skills Ability to lead and drive global cross-functional teams Hands-on experience in Customer management and problem solving skills Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English and German Ability to work in a cross-functional, international team environment.
