Project Manager - Construction

What you'll be doing:
* Leading the delivery of large-scale construction projects, holding accountability for time, cost, and quality outcomes
* Overseeing day-to-day site activity, managing information flow, and tracking progress, quality, and safety performance
* Driving the handover process, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered to programme
* Maintaining a strong onsite presence as a visible leader, monitoring progress and reinforcing safe working practices
* Coordinating snagging activity across client, consultant, and contractor teams, including programme and stakeholder engagement
* Identifying risks and issues early, and working collaboratively to resolve them before they impact delivery
* Embedding and monitoring core project controls and processes, working with the client to refine them where needed
* Applying project procedures consistently and ensuring adherence across the project team
* Chairing and contributing to key project meetings, driving progress, problem-solving, and clear communication of impacts to stakeholders
* Reviewing variations, change requests, and delay events as they arise
What we're looking for:
* Demonstrable project management experience within a construction environment
* A relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management, construction, engineering, or a related discipline
* A recognised project management qualification (e.g. APM, PMP, PRINCE2), held or in progress. Support available for the right candidate
* A detail-focused, quality-driven mindset
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A collaborative approach and the ability to build credibility quickly with teams and clients
