As the Vice President, HR Business Partner (VP HRBP) for our global Bio Life Sciences (BLS) and Data Center business units, you will partner with senior leaders across Exyte to provide strategic HR leadership aligned with our company’s growth objectives in BLS and Data Center.This pivotal role will be responsible for shaping and driving people strategies that promote leadership development, workforce optimization, and an inclusive organizational culture—ensuring operational excellence and long-term success of our global businesses.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals of BLS and Data Center units, supporting global expansionFoster leadership culture and support growth of leadership capabilitiesLead talent development, employee retention, performance management, succession planning, and engagement programsCollaborate with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and operational changesDrive employee engagement to enhance satisfaction, productivity, and retentionEmbed diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in HR strategiesOversee performance management systems and compensation frameworksCoordinate with regional and global HR teams for strategy alignmentRequired Expertise:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fieldAt least 10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in technology, engineering, or infrastructure sectorsProven experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational designAbility to lead HR initiatives through organizational changeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in English; German is a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive remuneration packageComprehensive benefitsOpportunities to work on innovative projects in an international environmentInterested in joining us?
