Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
1. Unterstützung des Prozessingenieurs bei Analysen von Schwachstellen in Reinigungsprozessen von Hygienezonen in der Wirkstoffproduktion und Entwurf von Optimierungsplänen
2. Unterstützung bei Erstellung, Prüfung und Freigabe von GMP Dokumenten
3. Aufbereitung, Digitalisierung, Aushang und Strukturierung von Dokumenten und internen Daten für die weitere Nutzung sowie deren kritische Prüfung
4. Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Planung interner Prozesse
5. Unterstützung bei internen Bestückungsprozessen
6. Prozessbeobachtungen mit anschließender Prozessoptimierungen z.B. bei externen Dienstleistern und Fachpersonal
7. Unterstützung von Dienstleister Betreuung
8. Unterstützung bei Kunden- und Behördenaudits
9. Unterstützung und Übernahme von Workflows in SAP
Das ist uns wichtig
10. Bestehende Immatrikulation bevorzugt mit naturwissenschaftlichem/ pharmazeutischem/ hygienischem Fokus
11. Vorkenntnisse aus Studiengängen im Bereich Biotechnologie sind von Vorteil
12. Bereitschaft Routinetätigkeiten zu übernehmen
13. Grundkenntnisse in „Good Manufacturing Practice“ wünschenswert
14. Gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
15. Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
