What You'll Do
* Strategic Consulting:
Manage a portfolio of German SMB clients, acting as their trusted advisor for digital growth
* Performance Optimization:
Analyze campaign data and develop tailored advertising strategies to maximize ROI
* Account Growth:
Drive revenue through upselling, retention, and long-term relationship building
What We're Looking For
* Languages: German (C2) & English (C1)
* Experience: 1.5+ years in Account Management, Sales, or customer-facing roles
* Skills:
o Strong commercial mindset
o KPI-driven approach
o Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
