Our areas of competency include Health Systems Development, Health Services, Health Facilities and Digital Health Information & Research. Our key clients include the German Development Cooperation (KfW and GIZ), the EU, EIB, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, several other multilateral and bilateral organisations, national Ministries, foundations as well as private clients. m4h is currently seeking to expand its dynamic head office team in Frankfurt am Main/Germany with a Project Manager.
Responsibilities
Business development
* Analysis of forecast, prequalification and tender documents
* Coordination and preparation of pre-qualifications, expressions of interest and tenders
* Management of the acquisition process
* Co-ordination of the bid team
* Preparation of bid components
* Expert management
* Quality assurance of all bidding documents in compliance with client criteria
* Communication with clients, national and international partner companies and experts
Business development

Qualifications
* Relevant academic degree/professional background, preferably in Engineering, Architecture or related field
* 2-3 years relevant working experience
* First working experience in managing bilateral or multilateral cooperation projects would be an asset
* Fluent business English
* Russian, French, or German represents an additional asset
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to work independently, well organised, swift, and accurate even when under pressure
* Very committed and motivated team player
* Open minded and proactive
* The post is based in Frankfurt am Main/Germany with possible travels to project countries as required
