* leading production schedules
* short- and mid-term production planning, including milestones from upstream and downstream functions, while considering production events, customer requirements, and resource availability (integrated planning)
* structuring plans across three levels (management, project, and operational levels)
* planning of drive systems as well as individual components
* performing plan-versus-actual analyses, identifying alternatives, determining workforce requirements, reviewing release dates and deployment schedules, and continuously updating production plans
* reviewing existing plans for improvement potential and developing appropriate recommendations
* preparing and tracking KPIs as well as creating reports
* leading planning meetings and preparing planning minutes
* further developing planning tools in line with current process requirements
* identifying efficiency improvement potentials in production planning and control through analysis of existing processes
* implementing lean management principles to reduce waste and improve the value chain
* tracking and reporting improvement initiatives within the production area
You inspire us by
* a completed degree (minimum Bachelor’s level) in a relevant field, such as aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain/logistics, or production engineering with a focus on production planning
* several years of professional experience (at least 2 years) in manufacturing or production, ideally in the aerospace industry, particularly in production planning and control as well as project management
* very good user-level proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP R/3, with confident use of advanced functionalities
* knowledge of Primavera, Planisware, as well as Jira and Confluence, which is considered an advantage
* fluent German skills and very good command of English, both written and spoken
