Responsibilities
* Conduct initial calls with potential clients, target them to qualify leads, and hold first-level consultation discussions.
* Convince in consultation calls with your understanding of digital business models and accurately identify and analyze customer needs.
* Prepare tailored pitch presentations together with our consultants, customized to meet client needs and challenges.
* Create rough cost estimates as the first step in the proposal phase, to set realistic expectations and transparently advise clients.
* Actively manage partner relationships by conducting regular calls and meetings with our application partners to advance joint customer projects.
* Create or assist in creating professional content to ensure presentations and campaigns always deliver added value.
Profile
* Completed commercial or technical training or a degree in business, communication, or social sciences.
* At least 5 years of experience in sales of IT services or software solutions.
* Enjoy direct customer contact, whether by phone, video call, or in person.
* Ability to think on a professional level and advise clients in the e-commerce environment with good understanding of technologies and digital business models.
* Native-level German skills and very good English skills.
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot, is a plus.
* Willingness to travel within the DACH region (approx. 10–20%).
