Summary For the “Integrated Logistic Support and In-Service Support Naval & Land” department of the “Customer Services Optronics” division, we are looking for a “Project Manager Customer Services (f/m/d)” at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible. The department “Integrated Logistic Support and In-Service Support Naval and Land” is responsible for establishing the availability of the corresponding HENSOLDT products and the subsequent supply and customer support. In the ILS phase, the department lays the logistical foundations for a successful service business for HENSOLDT Optronics Customer Services. In the utilization phase, the team provides various services on the basis of contractual agreements in order to keep customers' optoelectronic products and systems in operation with the highest possible availability. Your Tasks Management of “in-service support” projects to maintain or restore the operational readiness of complex optoelectronic systems in the area of border surveillance Planning, management and implementation of measures to maintain the availability of optoelectronic systems Acquisition, development, negotiation and management of service and subcontractor contracts in close cooperation with all stakeholders Planning, organizing and coordinating international service assignments Definition, agreement and approval of work packages with regard to service content, deadlines, interfaces and target costs Managing the provision of services as well as reporting and invoicing Ensuring that projects achieve their objectives, particularly in terms of costs, time and performance/quality Acquiring and maintaining, as well as drafting and negotiating service contracts Developing and implementing comprehensive service concepts and preparing external offers for the provision of services Willingness to travel (nationally and internationally) is a prerequisite.
