Description
:
1. Responsibility for the planning, structuring and delivery of industrial chemical process plant projects.
2. Participation in the preparation of offers, presentation of project contents and examination of technical and commercial contract components
3. coordination of interdisciplinary and international project teams across all project phases.
4. Ensuring the achievement of project goals in terms of budget, deadlines, quality and contractual obligations
5. Organization and control of efficient project processes as well as interface management between the departments and partners involved
6. Responsibility for project cost planning, cost control and economic control
7. Monitoring compliance with payment milestones and on-time invoicing
8. Creation and tracking of schedules and evaluation of project progress
9. Proactive control of changes in the project scope (change management)
10. Creation of regular reports and forecasts for PSL Management and Operations Leadership (bi-weekly reviews and PSR meetings)
11. Communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders as well as organization and moderation of project, customer and supplier meetings
12. Management of the procurement process and coordination of the delivery of plant equipment
13. Interface management between project team, export control and logistics to ensure smooth processes
Requirements
14. Completed studies and working experience as a Discipline Engineer
15. Experienced in industrial projects in chemicals, petrochemicals, fertilizers, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or related process‑industry sectors.
16. Industrial chemical process technologies, proprietary equipment packages, and technology licensors.
17. Relevant experience as Project Manager would be preferred
18. Good team player, experience working with multi-national teams
19. English & German communication skills
20. Self-driven and self-motivated personality
