Your Tasks
1. Operate Value Cases across Agentic AI or Process Innovation streams
2. Manage full lifecycle from idea intake to PoC, pilot, scale, and sustainment
3. Identify high-impact use cases across customer-facing and internal operations
4. Translate business priorities into clear portfolio and roadmap
5. Maintain transparent backlog aligned to KPIs and value targets
6. Lead end-to-end solution delivery including requirements, integration, and testing
7. Ensure responsible AI, data privacy, and security guardrails
8. Ensure stable handover into operational teams Stakeholder Management
9. Align HQ and country stakeholders across diverse markets
10. Run steering committees and manage risks & dependencies
11. Ensure timely decisions with data-backed updates and decision papers Measurement & Value Realization
12. Establish baselines and business cases
13. Define and track KPIs (cycle time, quality, adoption, cost-to-serve, automation rates)
Your Profile
14. 6+ years in innovation and project/program management within enterprise or transformations
15. Proven end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled solutions in operational contexts
16. Strong cross-country stakeholder management and scaling experience
17. Proficient in agile and traditional project management methodologies
18. Experience with C-level communications and decision materials
19. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
20. Curious, pragmatic, and execution-oriented mindset
21. Degree in Business, Technology or related field
22. Understanding of customer-centric operations in retail/e-commerce environments (advantageous
