Job Description
Are you passionate about motorsport and precision planning? Hyundai Motorsport is seeking a Production Planner to lead and execute production and upgrade planning activities for our cutting-edge motorsport programmes.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely availability of components and assemblies, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to meet performance and quality targets.
* Assess and review component requirements for upcoming motorsport events.
* Ensure stock levels meet operational and performance goals.
* Collaborate with Forecasting Lead and PMO Manager to develop forward-looking production plans.
* Align planning with programme milestones and race schedules.
* Organize manufacturing and delivery of prototype and production-intent components.
* Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure quality and timelines.
* Verify availability of rebuild kits and sub-assemblies.
* Plan and coordinate repair activities internally or with approved suppliers.
* Maintain accurate records of stock levels, usage rates, and replenishment needs.
* Identify and resolve inefficiencies or bottlenecks in planning and production.
* Act as a key interface between engineering, procurement, logistics, and workshop teams.
Required Profile
* Relevant technical or engineering qualification preferred.
* Proven experience in a motorsport environment; strong background in stock and inventory management.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.
* Proficiency in SAP (ERP) and Microsoft Project (Planning & Scheduling).
