Summary Statement
With your strong HR expertise, you will support your departments throughout the entire employee life cycle and advise managers on all aspects of leadership and employee development. You translate business strategies into HR priorities and implement them in collaboration with centers of expertise and employee representatives. In doing so, you play an active role in shaping a high-performing and future-oriented organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Independent HR support for defined organizational units as the main HR contact for nationally and internationally operating managers and employees
2. Implementation and continuous development of HR tools and derivation of measures to achieve company and departmental goals
3. Active contribution to the group-wide HR strategy in close cooperation with middle management, as well as its implementation within the respective area of responsibility
4. Handling of labor law and works constitution law matters, coordination and negotiation with employee representatives, including the conclusion of works agreements
5. Execution of special tasks and leading sub-projects in national and international HR contexts
6. Participation in strategic organizational changes and management of change processes within the assigned area
Qualifications
7. Completed master’s degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on human resources management
8. At least 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role in an international environment
9. In-depth knowledge of labor and works constitution law, along with proven experience in cooperation with employee representatives
10. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
11. Independent, structured, and pragmatic working style with strong analytical thinking skills
12. Strong communication and consulting skills combined with empathy, service orientation, and a drive to make an impact
