Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
* Manage technology development and innovation projects with significant complexity, risk, reach and decisive impact for Infineon
* Lead the project team with members in various functions in a multi-site environment
* Understand application requirements and frame the technology roadmap for integrated magnetic field sensors in cooperation with experts, stakeholders and customers
* Setup new projects to improve performance and stay ahead of competition for the next generation of silicon sensors
* Optimize the wafer process towards low cost and high yield in cooperation with the manufacturing departments
* Establish a transparent communication framework to all levels of the project organization
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
* A degree in physics, electric engineering, material science or related
* A proven track record in managing technology projects
* Experience in leading technical teams
* A strong background in silicon technologies for integrated sensors and applications
* A highly motivated, flexible team player
* Familiar with relevant project management software tools
* Fluent in German and English (level C)
