OverviewArea Sales Manager (ASM) (Territory) (m/f/d) – Meril Endo-Surgery GermanyReporting to: Regional Sales ManagerThis dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead and grow Meril’s Endo-Surgery business while partnering with an elite group of surgeons to help patients benefit from innovative reconstruction therapies that significantly improve patients’ quality of life.The purpose of the Area Sales Manager (ASM) role is to promote and sell Meril’s Endo-Surgery products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), such as surgeons and hospitals. The primary goal is to increase product and brand awareness and drive sales performance within the assigned territory.The ASM is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering product information and presentations, monitoring competitor activities and achieving defined sales targets. The role plays a crucial part in educating HCPs on the features and benefits of Meril’s Endo-Surgery product portfolio and ensuring the safe and effective intraoperative use of the products.The Account Sales Manager (ASM) position is a field-based sales role for the Meril Endo-Surgery portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Performance & Territory Ownership: Drive field-based sales and business development within the assigned territory, own territory performance and deliver against defined revenue, growth, and qualitative targetsGo-to-Market Strategy & Business Development: Develop and execute go-to-market initiatives to increase product penetration and achieve sustainable growth, identify and develop new business opportunities in alignment with commercial strategyKey Account & Stakeholder Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clinical and procurement stakeholders, build and maintain long-term, value-based customer relationshipsClinical Expertise, Training & Professional Education: Provide clinical and technical support during product introduction and intraoperative use, deliver targeted product training, workshops, and professional education programsCross-Functional Collaboration & Ethical Practices: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient customer service and order management, act in full compliance with ethical standards, company policies, and local regulationsYour ProfileUniversity degree or comparable qualification5+ years of successful sales experience in medical devices or hospital environmentsExperience in Endo-Surgery is a strong advantageSolid clinical and technical understandingStrong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsHighly self-motivated, structured, and results-drivenWillingness to travel; residence within the territory is preferredFluent in German and EnglishWhat We OfferA high-impact sales role in a fast-growing international medtech companyAttractive compensation package including a company carContinuous professional development through international training programsLong-term career and growth opportunitiesA collaborative, international, and entrepreneurial company culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
