Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in New Product Planning & Definition
(1) Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user needs discovery. Support the conceptual design, feature definition, and product roadmap planning for new products.
(2) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure new products advance as planned and address the core needs of target markets.
2. Product Localization & Go-to-Market Strategy
(1) Drive localization of product features, user flows, and content strategies according to the regulations, user habits, culture, and infrastructure characteristics of target overseas markets.
(2) Develop regional go-to-market strategies, including pricing models, user acquisition channels, competitive positioning, and differentiated selling points.
3. Key Installer Support
(1) Identify and maintain key installers to establish long-term partnerships.
(2) Provide installers with product and technical support, collect on-the-ground feedback, and drive product iteration.
Require:
●1, Industry: Residential energy storage and Small-Scale C&I energy storage
●2, Working Experience: 3-10 years of relevant work experience
●3, Education: Major in Solar energy storage or Engineering (Electrical) are preferred
●4, Preferred technical sales or business development manager. Understanding of major residential Hybrid inverters, PCS, Batteries, and All-in-one systems on the market. Basic energy storage technical knowledge are required.
●5, Basic knowledge of VPP, and residential energy storage’s regulations
●6 Knowledge of key sales networks and major customers within the assigned region, with the ability to effectively promote at the installer level
