Your Responsibilities
* Identify opportunities for process improvement across business units
* Design and implement AI-based solutions to boost efficiency and performance
* Lead cross-functional teams (IT, business units, data science) through project lifecycles
* Develop business cases and conduct cost-benefit analyses
* Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
* Assess and manage risks related to AI applications, including ethical, legal, and data privacy concerns
* Create mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
* Drive change management and train employees on responsible AI usage
* Monitor and continuously enhance implemented solutions
Your Profile
* Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Several years of experience in project management, ideally focused on process optimization
* Strong knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics
* Experience with tools such as Power BI, Python, R, or AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS ML)
* Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Familiarity with Lean Management, Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus
* Fluent in German and English
* Proven success in implementing AI-driven process improvements with measurable impact
