Job Summary: As District Field Sales Manager - Air & Ocean, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer acquisition within your assigned region. You will represent our air and ocean freight services, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities: Actively acquire new customers in the air and ocean freight sector, from initial contact to contract closure. Expand and manage existing customer relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships. Present and promote our logistics services via on-site visits, phone, and video calls. Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and terms in coordination with internal departments. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads. Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Your Profile: Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales (Air & Ocean Freight). Strong hunter mentality with a passion for sales and customer engagement. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive in achieving targets. Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification. Fluent in German and English; proficient in MS Office and CRM systems. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the district.
