Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Zell a. H. ab sofort einen Messtechniker (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
Job Description
Deine Aufgaben:
1. Durchführung von Prüf- und Messarbeiten nach Anforderungen
2. Vorbereitung der durchzuführenden Messungen (inklusive Auswahl und Kalibrierung der Messmittel)
3. Erstellung, Dokumentation und Pflege von 3D-Messprogrammen und Programmänderungen
4. Durchführung und Auswertung von Serienmessungen
5. Fehlersuche und -analyse bei Fehlmessungen
6. Überprüfung und Dokumentation der Teile auf Übereinstimmung mit den Vorgaben
7. Erstellung und Pflege von Messstrategien und Messprogrammen
8. Erledigen von Sonderaufgaben bzw. Einzelaufträgen
9. Austausch und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen
10. Überprüfung, Kalibrierung und Neubeschaffung von Prüfmittel sowie das Anlegen in CAQ
11. Durchführung von Prüfmittel-Fähigkeitsanalysen in CAQ
12. Durchführung von Audits
Required Skills and Education
Das bringst du mit:
13. Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
14. Kenntnisse im Qualitätswesen sowie technisches Verständnis
15. Routinierter Umgang mit Microsoft-Office sowie CAQ-Systemen
16. Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch- und ggf. Englischkenntnisse
