Job overview As Product Owner (all genders), you are responsible for the strategic, functional and technical development of one of our product areas (partner integrations) across the Eurowings app and website. You shape and carry the product vision and strategy and drive meaningful, measurable impact for our customer and the business. What you will do Work closely with our teams, stakeholders & external partners to ensure that our digital products run seamlessly Create a shared understanding of user needs/problems and conceptualize solutions Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on objectives and the product vision Write user stories to build up a product backlog based on customer and business requirements Back your ideas and decisions through A/B testing and data-driven insights Have lateral leadership of a squad and guide them to success by taking decisions collaboratively and continuously improving our way of working Job Title Product Owner (all genders, limited to 14 months) What you will need Experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager In depth experience in developing both app and web products An analytical mindset, experience with quantitative and qualitative methods such as A/B testing and enthusiasm for digging into data Familiar working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment Experience writing user stories to build up a product backlog Fluent business English skills What you will bring Passion for eCommerce and a deep understanding of our customers and the market Ability to prioritize and know when & how to say “no” A problem-solving mindset and the ability to break complex problems down into tangible pieces Ability to keep the team spirit at a high level even in stressful times and times of ambiguous priorities Inclusivity All genders welcome Workplace type Hybrid About us We are dreamers, doers, and enthusiasts!
