Job Description
As Sales Manager (m/f/diverse) you are going to drive, lead and manage all tasks related to order intake, acquisition and quote processes, claim / contract negotiations within the defined targets and parameters. This position is to be staffed at our location in Lindau.
The main tasks include:
* Conducting acquisitions of new business, interacting with R&D department as well as purchasing underlining our unique selling proposition
* Performing sales activities for current awarded projects as well as handling of customer change requests with the project team
* Coordinating the communication with stakeholders during the acquisition and quote phase and maintaining all business partner relationships
* Involving in price, claim or contract negotiations from and towards customers within defined parameters
* Analyzing and evaluating information about markets and competitors
* Taking care of activities related to the internal acquisition process from an administration point of view
* Executing and handling customer related external and internal reporting tools
* Budget and volume planning as well as monitoring and reporting supply for our customer in series projects
Qualifications
* Academic degree in Business Administration, (Business) Engineering or comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in (technical) Sales in the Automotive or similar industry, preferred in a global company or in the area of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems
* Knowledge in processes in the Automotive industry desirable
* Knowledge in Driver Assistance Systems desirable
* Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
* Willingness to engage with a technically demanding product portfolio
* Compliance with corporate structures
* Very good communication skills as well as an independent working style
* High ability to solve conflicts
* Willingness to travel (approx. 10-20 %)
