For our location in Einbeck, we are looking for a Product Manager Corn (m/f/d). In this key position, you will act as the interface between Product Management, Marketing, and Sales in the corn business. In doing so, you will make a significant contribution to the successful positioning of varieties on the German market.
The position is full-time and initially limited to two years as a parental leave replacement.
Exciting responsibilities await you:
1. Responsibility for the market-oriented positioning of KWS corn varieties and traits, as well as developing a consistent storytelling strategy for the German market
2. Development of market launch concepts, including market and competitor monitoring, and creation of technical content for Marketing and Sales
3. Translation of complex technical content and trial results into clear, customer-focused value arguments, as well as presenting technical content at events
4. Technical support and further development of the myKWS platform for corn
5. Designing and delivering training sessions for the sales team, active communication with internal and external stakeholders, and participation in international project groups
6. Supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of field trials
Bring your strengths:
7. Completed degree in agricultural sciences or a comparable field
8. Good knowledge of agricultural and crop production practices
9. Ideally, professional experience in the agricultural sector, especially in product management or sales
10. Combination of operational, commercial, and strategic thinking, along with strong analytical skills
11. High level of creativity, excellent communication skills, and a responsible, results-oriented working style
12. Willingness to travel within Germany (>30%)
13. Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
