2. Developing the dealer network and existing dealers in the sales territory
3. Developing the Weidemann brand in all target sectors
4. Conducting quarterly and annual meetings
5. Ongoing market analysis and implementation of market strategies
6. Supporting machine testing and development for the market
7. Support of national marketing in the form of trade fairs, open days at dealers' premises in cooperation with the central marketing department
8. Management and control of the national budget
9. Support of ancillary activities such as logistics, order processing and planning in coordination with the respective departments in Korbach
10. Report to the sales manager
Ihr Profil:
11. Degree in agronomy or engineering or comparable training
12. Strong market knowledge
13. Good experience in the agricultural or construction machinery sector
14. Customer focused, problem-solving oriented and interested in developing dealers
15. Analytical, structural thinking skills and entrepreneur mindset
16. Business fluent in English, French and Flemish, German an advantage
17. Willing to travel domestic and sometimes abroad
