Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Operations professional to join our team. As a German and Polish speaking specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our supply chain and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing support to the SCM team on complex or escalated cases involving warehouse, purchasing, and production operations.
* Investigating quality issues related to deliveries or external production, including inventory discrepancies and stock deviations within the ERP system.
* Offering SAP/ERP technical assistance to the SCM team for troubleshooting and resolving system-related queries.
* Assisting with material and production forecasting to ensure efficient supply chain planning.
* Facilitating communication between SCM and other departments to guarantee smooth coordination of material availability and production planning.
* Supporting the purchasing team with supplier claims, escalations, and negotiations when specialized expertise is required.
* Contribution to process optimization in production, procurement, and supply chain management to increase efficiency and transparency.
Requirements:
* Degree or vocational training in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
* Several years of experience in production, procurement, or logistics, preferably with interfaces to quality management or ERP systems.
* Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
* Knowledge in quality management (QM) and experience handling supplier claims, production defects, or inventory discrepancies.
* A solution-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
