We are supporting awell‑established manufacturing organisationlooking to strengthen their upstream production planning capability. This is a critical role owning short‑term production schedules, balancing demand, capacity, materials, and inventory in a fast‑moving industrial environment.
What you’ll be doing
1. Creating and aligningweekly production plansbased on central demand inputs
2. Translating plans intoprocess orders within SAPand tracking execution
3. Monitoringcapacity, materials, tanks/silos, and manpower— and acting early if issues arise
4. Coordinating closely withlogistics and procurementto manage inbound/outbound flows
5. Planning and ordering raw materials from suppliers
6. Owning key KPIs such asOTIF, inventory, costs, and asset efficiency
7. Supporting inventory counts and stock accuracy
8. Acting ascover for downstream planningwhen required
This is a hands‑on role with real ownership and visibility across the site.
What will make you a good fit
9. Background inproduction planning / schedulingwithin manufacturing
10. Several years’ experience in a comparable role
11. Strong working knowledge ofSAP (R/3)
12. High confidence inExcel and MS Office
13. Comfortable operating inhigh‑pressure, high‑volume environments
14. Clear, confident communicator able to work across functions
15. Fluent in German and English(spoken and written)
