As Project / Delivery Assurance Manager for SAP and ServiceNow Projects and Managed Services, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting risk and quality assessments for new and existing large customer engagements, ensuring SAP and ServiceNow-specific risks are addressed.
- Providing feedback on the Deal Governance process to ensure that new projects and services meet agreed standards and quality expectations.
- Supporting Red/Amber projects by developing and executing " Back to Green" action plans, including internal management reporting.
- Managing customer escalations: leading top management customer escalations, supporting executive management in the de-escalation process, addressing root causes, and restoring customer confidence.
- Defining the necessary quality checks for SAP and ServiceNow projects and services to ensure quality, speed and profitability
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Several years of work experience in Delivery Assurance, Project and/or Services Management proves your:
- Expertise in SAP and ServiceNow within complex enterprise environments
- Delivery assurance skills, supported by certification (e.g. Six Sigma)
- Strong project/service management and leadership abilities
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
